it is not the question of legal or illegal. HIgh court has banned the yatra keeping in mind the attack on state BJP leader. They are apprehensive of law & order problem. Since the state government is in control of the situation, Mamta should resign and if not Article 356 be used to dismiss the anti-people government. Lete us see what BHP has in its mind.
