Yes, hence he should in line with his job, spell the names who benefitted, surely he did.

Do it walk away to UK. Why the RAGA team helping him. Has any political party in past ever fought a case for a FUGITIVE, SUSPECT...….

The entire argument is silly. If the chopper ceiling had been fixed at 6000 M, then there would have been a hue and cry that it is a singl e vendor situation and that Russia was favoured.
Bringing the ceiling down to 4500 M actually made the bids more competitive and open.
Of course the payoffs could still have been made, but so far it is only rumour and even the Italian COurt did not find evidence of that.
