I don't think any power in the world can rule that region by force. The bonds that tie Baloch to India also bring Afghan close to India. In Maharashtra we have had a history of association in that region and I guess if we as free India shares a Brit Empire view of the region and world It is anybody's guess where it is all heading. And I think China and others will also be unhappy with what comes out of it.

What does growth of CA like media and military associates mean for the world? It means WW3 or CW2 for the west but it means colonization for Asia, same old Drugs, Culture wars and destruction.
