Will the central government engage IIT for studying the erosion and ways, if any, to save this beautiful island and a valuable landmass in a strategic part?

If Modi does anything good in the interests of the present living ones, even if they are Muslims, it will be propagated as Anti-minority, freedom is being curbed, constitution is in danger and what not . Mamta is not bothered about the existing ones , only her vote bank is important . So let them enjoy life in Momta didis rule.

Your concern is justified. But continued influx from Bangladesh and economic migration of unskilled poor from a neighbouring state are also responsible to add to the poverty of Bengal.
