Who is honest leader . All politicians are on account of black money being spent by them on elections. You cannot blame a single family , whose sactrifiuces for the nation are of more importance to thenations. Do you think politicians wearing 10 Lac rupeed suits should be honest

If found guilty they will have to pay additional tax and penalty. Nobody could be put into jail unless as an individual they earned disproportionate assets or cheated or involved in criminal activities.
If the governments action is political vendetta then Rahul and Sonia should happily let their case be heard by the courts and prove to one and all that Modi is harassing them.
The fact that they are running away from the courts is proof of their wrong doing. Modi was prosecuted and acquitted by the SC in the Gujarat case still all opposition parties try to link him to the 2002 riots.

In this case also there is a representation made by a spouse of a victim with the Supreme Court.

As a CM he was surely responsible for lapse in performing his duty sincerly and faithfully. Even the than PM Sh Atal Ji had also commented on that working.
