Who care what this depressed, jealous ex judge think about Ex CJI Mishra ? Kurien Joseph is now retired and has no value after ceased to a judge of Apex court. He never deserved his post. This man even protested against meetings of CJ of all high court called by earlier CJ of Apex court as he did not wanted any official engagement during Good Friday. I am very happy that this man is retired now and no one will give him any undue importance which he never deserved.

Why he did not have guts and courage to have any serious allegations against CJI when he was Judge of Apex court? Being a Judge of the Apex court once, let him prove his allegations substantiated by concrete evidence which can stand before thecourt of law ?
