RaGa's politics

We presently live in the ugliest and cheapest form of DEMOCRACY.
Judiciary is at its Nadir. It can wake up at the beck and call of a politician or a criminal but the citizen has to wait for generations to change.
"One of the reasons is that the office of a judge in the higher judiciary is losing its aura and majesty. The CJI said that “it was the aura and majesty of the higher judiciary that attracted the young talent of the Bar, the lawyers were willing to work hard and make sacrifices in terms of money”.
Justice Kurian also spoke briefly on how unnecessary litigation was "killing" judicial time, the need for compassion to be shown by courts and judges and his passion for mediated settlement of disputes and arbitration awards.
On the impact of PILs on judicial time, Justice Kurian said, "I find that a vast number of the cases are unnecessarily entertained as in the public interest which leads to wastage of time." He said that people who make law are also aware of the public interest as they are also conscious of the public morality.
"They (lawmakers) are also in the knowledge of the constitutional morality. Let us concede to them that they have made the law in the public interest and keeping in mind constitutional morality.
"While interpreting the constitution by the court and the laws made by the lawmakers in terms of the constitution, we should also concede that people who have made law also know the requirements under the con

contd..
"While interpreting the constitution by the court and the laws made by the lawmakers in terms of the constitution, we should also concede that people who have made law also know the requirements under the constitution and the challenges that the people of India had to face. They know the pulse of the people better than the judges appointed in courts," he emphasized.
The Bureaucracy is highly irresponsible, corrupt and self-serving.
Politicians are equally self-serving and consider themselves to be rulers instead of elected representatives of the citizen.
The media is partisan and paid.
Thus, all the four pillars of DEMOCRACY are not stable.
Where do we go from here? The near future is very disturbing. Elections should have ushered a fresh insight. But the same set of politicians with their antics are incompetent to change the very conditions they are required to improve.

False promises and fake propaganda by AICC President issue...
by Ramanarao Kallepally on Dec 01, 2018 07:00 PM

In every corner of India AICC President RaGa is delivering the lectures relating to the Assembly elections, there is no proof of allegations lavied on BJP & NDA alliances in the center. Such propaganda will not bear any fruitful result of such meetings just to divert the attention of the people of India to cover up the corruptions being carried out by his brother-in-law in land grabbing case in Rajasthan which is a very very hot news in Media and TV why their family members are not being sent to four walls of Tihar Jail or Andaman Jail where their all family members will be refreshed their minds before the ensuing Parliament session starts during the first week or early second week of December 2018, print this message.

False news should not be allowed and proof to be provided
by rajesh venkatraman on Dec 01, 2018 05:34 PM  | Hide replies

Rahul and MMS should provide proof of surgical strikes as demanded by the oppn parties to Modi govt.
If not he should apologize to the nation publicly for giving false info on the surgical strike.
If GST is a scam file cases in court and not confuse people regarding the scheme,
IF Modi govt is helping 15-20 business men tell the whole world on who are being benefitted to what extent and how they are benefitted.
IF you have enough proof take them to the court and not give sound bytes to media.
Also media should stop highlighting of the nuisance from RG on daily basis as telling the false news to the public of india and to the world. Publicly defaming the indian govt by a few individuals for political needs and cases filed against innocent people on religious grounds.

IF Rahul has details of 300000 crore being given to Anil Ambani he should file cases incourt. if need be file a case in French court against the Rafale company on their deal with indian govt.

There should be a law which should give suitable punishment for people of public stature giving false news to the media be it social, TV or radio or print.

The basic requirement of Indian jurisprudence is that the accused has to substantiate that he has not committed any wrong.
Every politician exploits this.
When it comes to action, none has shown the intent required. Neither the Opposition nor the Government has been able to prosecute a single leader till now.
People are simply mis-led to believe that their leaders speak the truth, whereas each of them gives out only half truths.

ARMY MUST BE KEPT INSULATED FROM CIVILIAN SPHERES.
by damodaran mohan on Dec 01, 2018 04:56 PM

In India the Army have been always apolitical and necessarily kept so during last 70 yrs by not allowing them to dwell into civilian sphere. The current Army chief issuing political statement too very often is virtually politicization of Army with Modi's eyes on the army vote bank perhaps.Army chief's statements on B'deshi refugees sometimes back ,advice to pak to be secular etc. should rather come from politicians.PM Modi is the first PM of India to allow the Army to cross the laxman rekha of to indulge into politics. It is a deplorable practice that should be condemned by politicians, intellectuals, media etc.Perhaps RG's statement is in that context.

Tell us how you will create jobs, will you retire all govt. servants at 50, or stop any increase in population which adds 2 crore each year, or will give freebies or unemployment to all.
Let us know your marketing, instead of cursing Modi.
