But all the same we must credit the Modi govt for the will behind the action taken then. But making political mileage is wrong, 99.99% of the work is done by the army. Thumping your chest only gives space for complacency, trivialises the intent, its not like a surgical strike can be done at the drop of a hat, the army and army alone has meticulously planned every detail of the strike.

It is correct that UPA govt. has not done any surgica strike across LOc till it was in power.rather RAGA has questioned about evidences of surgical strike,which was not practicable. but in fact it was done in 2016 and two more time so far.RAGA is total childish about questionining .
Mr Rahul khan, modi's surgical strikes not only pak but also mukth congress. Already one surgical strikes against Pak is successfully completed.
