poor publicity by pramod mahajan(read India shining) resulted in BJP not returning to power. we lost him in 2004 itself. Very tragic. And now we are missing his qualities badly.
One of the decent and able PM, but ditched and insulted by dirty politicians once by one vote to remain as PM and and as PM, always branded with RSS and other maligned techniques. These hate spreading politicians are now pulling Modi left and right. Our system permits it, EC and SC remains silent or enjoy such situation, and none political party at Center took any correction by bringing laws against this hate spreading.
I became a BJP member because of this great man. Kind, loving no hatred toward anyone including the opposition. Leaving Shastri and Nehru, he was a man of few words, but man of action. In fact during his tenure as a PM the country ran smoothly without telling the world that we are doing well.

What about the wrong decisions of Modi like demo half cooked implementation of GST which has ruined the economy. Well we seriously feel that the current Modi led BJP is only a greedy govt. who in all circumstances wants to increase the revenue and is election focused and not at all working for the betterment of the countrymen. We realise the vast difference between Shri Atalji and the current adamant PM Modi
