Nitish has to own responsibility for all that has gone wrong in shelter homes despite the fact some shelter homes have been found better.Running by govt will not free them of ills as govt officers giving them aids and looking after them also had hands in gloves.

Do you remember the story Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens. Do not blame Nitish. Right from the British days all orphanages, shelter homes, delinquents homes have been sexually exploited by peadophiles. This happens all over the country including Mumbai where 5 years ago a scandal broke out involving politicians who raped women detained in a women's prison. The fault is in the Indian Penal Code which allows politicians and police to commit any crime and get away with it. The weak judiciary ensure nobody is punished. It will not come as a surprise if all those involved in the scandal are reinstated with back wages and also a promotion because politicians want such people who will provide with cheap entertainment.

Many Christian NGOs who were genuine but suspected received fund from abroad have been closed saying it is against the national interest, where as the home ministry must come out with a reason why did they closed the genuine NGOs who acted as good Samaritan and did good to the public and these government shelters in up, and Bihar did not at all come to their scrutiny because they are not of Christian or minority's NGOs?
How he can be held responsible for the execution part, he decided policies and not involved in implementation. Nitish is one of the cleanest politicians. We respect him as matured person, not corrupt like Lalu and his family.

Is he silent, he has taken already action, can he hang or kill the person. This is not Lalu regime, where only goondas were correct. His own son told about Modi KHAL NUCHWA LENGE. No action still.
Look minutely at the face of this man. Is it a authentic Indian face ? In Bihar and UP, baring some genuine people, most of the people are Hun descendants. After demise of Skandha Gupta, the last emperor of Gupta dynasty, at 5th Century, Huns invaded Magadha empire (UP and Bihar). they did not have any religion or culture, except looting and destroying. They had driven out all educated ethnic Indians towards east and south of India. And started ruling (misrule) over the area. Now their descendants are ruling the same area.
This shameless fellow had a very wide grin earlier. Now reality is sinking in. Instead of ink he should have been subjected to a higher degree of humiliation. Worthless swain.
The law makers and policemen should be hanged in public.the water has flown much above our heads. The public may take law into own hands,if the action against these people is lacking.

And there was Godhra train burning and 1984 Sikh massacre which slaves wishfully forget.
