No justification to treat human life
by KARAN on Aug 11, 2018 06:59 PM

While I am a staunch hindu and very unhappy at how muslims have stagnated and burdening the tax payers,One can not see a justification to treat ,muslim,a fellow indian, this badly, like lynching, pulling their beards etc.Certainly, how ever much one hates a muslim, nobody has the right to kill or physically harm or even chide him for eating beef.If there are laws against beef eating,it could be punishment through fine, but iltreating a fellow indian is no reason to tolerate.Govt must punish those who iltreat muslims because they think a muslim is eating beef

Why are many raising hue and cry about 20 odd unfortunately killed in cow-related incidents but nobody is bothered about more than 20,00,000 (WHO figure) getting killed in India by air pollution every year!!

Stop killing cow. This way you will avoid hurting sentiments of vast population and restore peace and brotherhood. This is the only way to stop ongoing violence around the controversy.

Why the hypocricy?
by Musalmaan Masala on Aug 11, 2018 05:57 PM  | Hide replies

Why the hypocricy? Its only in India that all this nonsense about the "holiness" of the cow is bandied about.
Please visit the U.S. Canada or U.K. or any European country for that matter visit South East Asian countries and you will find pork and beef being relished by members of both the communities.
Infact I have muslim and hindu friends who cannot do without their daily fix of beef steak or a ham sandwich/burger.
ITS ONLY WHEN THESE CHAPS COME TO INDIA ON A HOLIDAY THAT THEY HIDE ALL THIS.
Why this hypocricy?

This is not hypocrisy, that is ages old tradition nurtured in India since thousands of years because it is the homeland of Hindus. People like you won't understand such things as they are totally cut off from their ancestral traditions...

Wow! Trust you to defend the indefensible. Does this mean that Indians LOSE "ages old tradition" as soon as they step out of India?
C'mon stop being a hypocrite!

Yes, may be some of YOUR Hindu friends might not be caring about this tradition, or be even eating beef outside. Those who do not care or respect about this law of land are not considered integral part of the Indian culture, whether they are within our outside India, may be including YOU.

You know those who relish.
Do you also know those who don't?
Or your circle is like that!

by RAJESH BHAT on Aug 11, 2018 05:39 PM

The root cause of the problem is stealing of cows of innocent poor (Hindu's). It is better you discuss about this.

When will man kind stop slaughtering animals mercilessly?
by nagarnaru omgayatri on Aug 11, 2018 05:24 PM  | Hide replies

The title of this article is patently wrong based on human arrogance. Man has assumed he has the birth right to slaughter, maim & torture poor animals with no defense.

Come to Kerala if you want to eat mouth watering pork and beexf cooked in hygienic conditions !

Even some of the Namboothiris (Kerala brahmins) routinely eat them !

Dont try eating these dishes in North India. There would be a very high probability that they would be contaminated with coliform bacteria and other bacteria as cleanliness and hygienic handling are virtually unheard of in North Indian public kitchens !

Do not float your idiotic theory that Namboohiris eat beef just to support another idiotic notion that cow slaughter is ok and make it look authentic.

That perhaps explains the reason why Kerala despite all it's literacy, natural beauty and legacy is mired in rut.

Hey, peabrain frog in the well !

The world outside your north Indian shxt hole is hugely different in most places !

Take a good look at facts thrown up by several food surveys done in Kerala !

Take a good look and use whatever you have for a brain (unless you want to continue to take refuge in your ignorance) !

You are so averse to all those cause showing statements in that speech in 1888 in Meerut, spoken straight forward to the people of his Nation. What use writing all these in the write up here if you think that if you do not display that speech ,that speech itself doesn't exist and no one knows that.R.Ponnambalam
