It is not 'watered-down' as mentioned in the Header, but carried some 'precautions' against misuse of the law. The header gives a wrong impression in the minds of the public.

Rediff always do this kind of c0mmunally appeasing corrupt reporting stating from suppressing news of muzzleem offence like Mandasur, Shahibabad Madrassa, Naogaon Assam but they highlight Kathua .....
They also hide Ankit Sharma's honour kill by his muzzlin girl friend's parents but find out and publish which Hendo girl professes love to a muxlim.

Where is statistics? How do you know it is not 30-40,000 cases ???
Even for one case, unable to bring justics due to inadequacy of law, is Justice denied.
But why are you not interested in justice for 300-400 instant Triple Talaq cases like communists, like seculars, who protect Izlammic zumma and suppress their crimes and shout on Hindu issues?
