Why play with words instead of coming straight to the point ?
Modi got the Rafale deal diverted from HAL to his NPA burdened crony Anil Ambani (at a price which his govt is labouring hard to keep a secret) to kill two birds with one stone, viz, to help Anil Ambani payback part of the Rs 90000 crores he owes public sector banks (at public expense, of course) and to get a nice fat kickback of perhaps ten thousand crore rupees for the BJP to partly fund its world record election campaign and propaganda expenses !
In 2014, the Modi led BJP, in power then in just 3 big states, spent Rs 12000 crores to Rs 16000 crores for its LS election campaign (as per a survey done by the Centre for Media studies, New Delhi) while the Congress, which was in power for 10 years at the centre, could manage to spend a relatively small amount of only Rs 7400 crores !!
This ultra high expenditure election campaign style of komaaaaaali Modi has continued without break all along since then and is set to gather further momentum with more money looted from the state coffers through his crony capitalists !
Govt. states that the ADD On have increased the price. But I fail to understand, how can Add Ons triple the cost of the AIRCRAFT and another point is why the HAL was leftout in the deal. We could have benefitted with the technology transfer and it would have helped us in building a better TEJAs or 6th Generation fighter.
