Not clear how Jaylalitha had her revenge and Karunanidhi won the war. Jaylalitha died as sitting CM and Karunanidhi ill & mentally disoriented was mostly hospitalized and in opposition. So pray tell how Karunanidhi won the war? Nothing but a propaganda writing for karunanidhi with factual accuracy

Karunanidhi is stated to have won the war because of his success in ensuring that most tamilians continue to subscribe to the dravidian ideology propounded by E V Ramasamy Naicker - an ideology that keeps the pride and identity of the ancient tamil culture and civilisation foremost in their minds !
While Karunanidhi was an active ideologue, Jayalalitha only used the legacy passed on to her by MGR for securing power for herself. She was actually not so keen on the dravidian ideology and secretly wished to someday wean away common tamilians from it and yet retain power ! Alas, neither time nor luck was on her side !

Karunanidhi , that Samanyan as he to pride himself in the past is a clear winner with as much money possible as possible,with son ,daughter,Grandson all having Financial empires .Annadurai ,Tamilnadu are the loosers.The whole Tamilnadu resents ANNA having bequeathed to the state a set of People who damaged the cohesiveness of that party he built by bringing personal and family interests to the fore over the Darvidian movement and having gone as Karunanidhi himeself said Cherratha idaum Cherthu"to lay foundation for the state to become a highly corrupt state.All those who had forgotten Kamaraj ,now rave for him after seeing the low level to which the Tamilnadu Politics has gone.The strength of DMK is that there are Sasikalas Dhinakaran play great role in Politics.A great let down by Karunanidhi for tamilnadu.R.Ponnambalam

Yeah, u r right. Karunanidhi and his extended family members of 150 to 200 doesn't have any job or business(except Politics)but still having 2,000 to 5000 crores (each one of them). How Udyanidhi can have a car worth of 5 Crores when he is so called up coming hero? It is a cheat family.
