No doubt the interest of SC/ST definitely need to be protected but bringing a legislation to overturn the SC order is ridiculous and the Supreme Court has laid down guiding principles before the arrests could be made and the right of the aggrieved party. The misuse of the provision is enabled once again and politicians have no bones to call a spade a spade and stoop such levels they compete with each other garner votes.
