Independence of 'Judiciary' in India is at stake today, we foresee. When the Government of the Day, Vitiating atmosphere itself, like Military Dictator Musharraf did in Pakistan. Interference, in the Administrative functioning of the Apex Court or otherwise interrupting in the decisions of Top Apex Court Judges 'Collegium'is a sign of Modi led Government weakening/ waning the democracy. Let it be known that the 'Judiciary'in India is the last hope! I as a Journalist of repute Suggest Modi government that with this attitudes and other revealed and unearthed acts during the power years, you must now concentrate on making the 'Tihar' premises centrally air conditioned and luxuries, so that Modi and his ilk can rest in peace, just a little later. Respectful congratulations for this wholesome and true comment. The cheap, mean utterances and opinions expressed by the Oppn.party leaders show that they will be content as long as they get their pound of flesh when the nation is destroyed or ruled by a dictator. They do not know that the vengeful chaiwala can and will annihilate all these Oppn.blabbers in the end. Therefore, only if the judiciary, who showed strong moral and ethical groundings at times, takes and exercises more powers to put down all wrong decisions and actions whenever necessary. Today, the judiciary is a laughing stock of India and the world because of only one person, that person needs to be compelled into fair, just and beneficial governance at all costs.
Individual is superior to the country, heaven will fall, if seniority is diluted, whether a fellow is capable or not. Send his name again and again. What democracy-we are fighting for petty individual matters,
