Agree: Habitual Offenders-Death This law should be gender neutral, just like all other laws should be too.

Death sentence is a knee jerk reaction. Most of the accused with political support will go scott free. Morality has to be infused in peoples' mind, which is not possible with current set of politicians. We are a morally bankrupt country, having had Leaders like Mahatma, Nehru, Patel etc., and now a crop of immorals.
