All these special laws because of Congress Govt. Had Sri Vallabhai Patel been the Ist Prime Minister, there would not have been Kashmir issue. POK would not have been existed. Soft corner of Mahatma Gandhi towards Mr.Nehru was bad luck for all Indians.
In india if the cases are finalized by the centiments of people by supreme court and intense to not finalize by the judges so why is the supreme court and in this article 35a issue where is the supreme court till today when Kashmiri pandits are banned in Kashmir are they not humans and they have not human rights, so don't see the people and there protest final the case as soon as possible.
