PM Modi is now quite openly declaring at every possible occasion that he is more of RSS swayamsewak than PM of the entire India, and his only mission in life is to disrupt/destroy the motherland India we have had so far, and convert it into Hindu Rashtra. Islamic cap is no no, all other things ok. From day one in 2014, his every action, speech, policy has been only made for that objective. The entire govt. is RSS from the President, Vice President, CJI, Ministers, MPs, MLAs of some States and TV panelists are all RSS. Now, RSS people are giving authoritative opinion and advice on important govt. policies. That BJP and RSS are different and not the same was a lie all along. It is sad that in our democracy, the Constitution has given no remedy if any party PM ruling at the Centre goes rogue or acts in anti-national way. This is worse than a banana republic anywhere. The next elections in 2019 are too far indeed, because a lot of damage can be done to the nation till then.

If you feel that true secularism should prevail in India why you are not requesting the minority people to wear thilak on hindu festivals and sit with hindus and eat on diwali day. If every individual in India has the right to practice his religion then PM as an individual has the right to reject imposing of any religious symbol on him. Did all congress leaders wore skull caps. Actually congress is trying to divide the nations.

We can understand now how biased rediff is against Mr Modi, by trying to twist objectionable words said by Mr Tharoor and change the whole narrative of the debate

Why shud we hear his lecture about ethics, who is a loose charactered person for which his wife died.
Under the disguide of a sweet face, ha championed appeasement of muxlims, extra marital affairs even after 3 marriages (sick ...).
We do need moral lectures about what PM Modi should do or not !!!

Rediff is always on a lookout for news that shows our honourable PM in bad light.This baseless comment from a characterlesssss tharoor makes no sense. Has he ever gathered guts to ask why a muslim MP or minister does not wear safron attire and tilak on their forehead.
