what is BJPs view of theHindu except for temples? Why I don’t agree with BJP’s anti-ManusmrutiDrive? They say the dalit have been oppressed for 1000years. Lets see a case study in MH. The mighty Mahars, they are said to have had a disagreement with the royal family regarding a marriage and a new group of troop joining the force. The disagreement grew and Brit EECo sitting in Bombay (always spying and interfering) sealed the opportunity and appointed a few of them in its side, and broke the news to the royal family. Now it was a society and State built on loyalty. And suddenly someone joining the Brit for a salary was watershed. And the society reacted in its own protection. Even before the Brit, what happened to the Mighty Maurya, the Agarwals. So our cast system is very complex, and to ascribe our cast system toManusmruti seems very farfetched and left. We have to go back and see what Lord Krishna or what Swami Vivekananda said about Manu. And examine what is the significance of end of life, rebirth, consciousness etc in the Hindu.
I have good opinion of BJPs work but some of there thoughts are very close to left.
And development means BJP and Modi. None else. All others are maha corrupt fellows, who only work for their own families and their own delusions, and never for people of this state of the nation.
