It is high time members who are disturbing proceeding should be suspended,it has become a routine to not allow,however in LS situation is different. It appears majority of ruling party in LS ensure functioning of LS If this continue than relevance RS will be lost
what is the problem of TMC about NRC of Assam? are they bearing the burden of these people since 1971. this is bad luck for the people of Assam that the then AASU leader (Later AGP and CM) Mr. P.K. Mahanta agreed 1971 instead of 1951. then it become much more. Is Miss MAMATA mother of all bengali speaking people of India and Bangladesh? what problem to her. Always shout as mad whether there is issue related to her or not. She should be send to Jail and all MPs from TMC should be suspended from both house for blocking the proceedings of the parliament.
Its a fashion the opp. parliament member being in minority opposing everything and block proceeding. They have no national interest only one interest is vote bank politics. Such member should be kik out from parliament for intire terms. Country can't bear such member in our Parliament.

Those responsible to disturb the session and not allowed Home Minister to reply after discussion over by all party should be ban in future discussion in parliament.
