in orissa and west Bengal, this castes, religion and minority are less compared to south where this is hidden e.g. in discretion allotting cremation rituals, taking meals together, temple entry etc. In north this factor predominates; I belong to thakur but invites all irrespective of castes/religion in ceremony. Human is the top caste, so should not be categorized by birth.

For opposition who retaliates minorities are of Sangha Parivar. And whoever does acts of non-humanitarian especially against so called Daliths are of BJP. This is disgusting. Some 40 years back I was assaulted by a person of minority. I had to retaliate. I was never a member of Sangh or its parivaar. This is how the opposition parties are dividing Indians.

MaadharChodhsAre everywhere in India but more in North India. For instance, 20% North Indians AreMaadharChods but that rate is less than 2% in South India.
According to me, South India means Kerala, TN, AP, Karnataka, Telangana; East India means Orissa, WB, Assam and North-Eastern states; and North India means all other states (including Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra and Gujarat) not covered in South & East India.
MaadharChodhsInclude rapists, robbers, dacoits, murderers, religious extremists, corrupt fellows, cell phone snatchers, laptop snatchers, chain snatchers, corrupt govt officials, dirty politicians, etc (notwithstanding the literal meaning of the term).
IN SOUTH CRIMES ARE BETTER REPORTED whereas in North India, crimes poorly reported.
Delhi, UP, MP, Haryana, Punjab and Bihar are the worst places where MaadharChodhsAre highest in proportion.
Just like credit rating, there should be criminality rating. It should be made mandatory to hang or shoot 110,000 criminals pan-India every year (80,000 North Indians, 20,000 South Indians, 10,000 East Indians). Everyday at least 70 criminals (25,000 per year including Jats, Yadavs, Gujjars, IzlamicCriminals, etc) should be hanged in NCR, Noida and Haryana.
All Indians (South or North) need conscience-development training, but there should be special focus on reforming North Indians.
