After being a senior citizen last year I sometimes think are we actually patriotic? I must sadly say that we are not.After the Independence our late PM Pandit Nehru said he will hang black- marketeers but he failed to fulfill his words. There are corruption in every sphere of life in India , sadly no PM has taken any bold step to solve the problem.There has till date no step taken to bring back Vijay Mallya, Nirab Modi, Lolit Modi. Neither our Govt has been able to give the nation the list of names of the person who have huge amount in the Swiss Bank. We elect MP's for making laws & properly govern the country but we find they are spraying chilli powder to each other, disrupting the sessions of the Parliament & making a laughing stock of our country in front of the world,there are Supreme Court, High Court in our country but unfortunately we find that the influential person get away with misdeeds.The poor who have no money & move to higher court for justice are lamenting behind bar. It is very sad that the soldiers who are taught to fight the enemies & protect the nation against the aggressors are spraying bullets towards their own countrymen. It is our fault that we have not been able to bring the extremists to talk. There are thousands even lakhs of people living below the poverty level in our country till today . Moreover, look at our armed forces if we are attacked from both the two fronts there will be bound to have a debacle of 1962. So judge yourselve

Pradeep Datta's thoughts are very valuable. We are not patriotics in the real sense. Selfishness increased to such an extent that,mine has become more important than Nation. Congress politicians badly ruled the nation to achieve their self motive accumulating huge amount of money by means of corruption.Democracy has become moneycracy busines without any risk. Unless the corruption is fully controlled by the public itself the status of the nation is still worsened in future. Every citizen of India is bound to suffer directly or indirectly. Modi himself cannot do every thing. But it is his responsibility to keep his govt, machinsry timeliness and corruptionless. Otherwise Modiji's govt is also treated as more worst than Congress govt. In 1945,USA attacked Japan by throwing Nuclear Bomb. Today until 2000 after 54 years USA Cannot sell even a needle in Japan, And this is not a Trade Policy .This is because Japanese Citizens do not buy anything which is made in USA even they stay in abroad until 2010.though situation now change but still have feeling Showing Patriotism for their Nation. China is continuously threatening India. Why don’t we unite and do the same against China? If we stop buying Chinese products there Economy will get affected worst and India is their main Importer. This in return will also promote “Make in India” Campaign which will boost India’s economy. Share if you agree !

Regret my comments but this coming from someone from Bengal is really great. Inspite of the so called bonnomie which is dictated because China is anxious about the outcome of the NK/SK/US bonhomie as NK flooded with capitalist goods, will make it colony of US and the buffer for China is gone !!. As a result of the recent airforce excercises which touched Malacca straits as well,China does not want to take on two enemies at one time. Otherwise nothing seems to have been achieved for India, China buys no rice from us at all no bufallo meat from us, no pharmaeucitals but applies non tariff barriers like customs harrssment which has lead to the balance of payments in their favour. Also what about CPEC connecting thro POK to Afghanistan, has India backed out inspite of the statements to the contrary?
