PM never ever promised 15 lakh's in each Indian's account, I have seen the video couple of times and he mentioned that if previous government would have stop black money people may got 15 lakh's in their account. Sir, if you are really looking for 15 lakh's, take a kilo of potato and ask Rahul Gandhi to provide you a kilo of Gold. I think you will get more than 15 lakh's in your pocket. :D :D
