The judge who acquitted Anil Ambani, Raja and Kanimozhi in the 2G case in 2017 also castigated the CBI for not being serious in presenting evidence !
He also castigated it for always sending only novice junior officers to court for presenting evidence against the accused and attending hearings !
He remarked that, despite being directed repeatedly, the CBI did not present all the material needed to nail the accused.
And.......despite a promise to do so when queried by the media, the home ministry has made no move so far to file an appeal in a higher court against the trial court judgement !
Now, considering that the 2G case was the main weapon with which komaaaaali Narendra Modi mounted his *UPA being very corrupt* theme in the 2014 LS election campaign and went around braying in his trademark shrill nasal tone, the way his CBI weakened the 2G case and how he has become silent now about the 2G case speak volumes of how cynical he is about the intelligence of those who voted for him !
