Good to have local influence in their own area, but disaster for Center leadership where they become extortionists and do not permit house to work in national interest, EC and SC remains silent on such reforms, even Center keeps mum to bring reforms for disciplinarian norms for Center, State and Local politics separately.

Perhaps you're trying to say something else here. If you are actually trying to say that regional parties must not contest general elections, then I would propose that national parties should also be prevented from contesting state elections.
