There is absolutely nothing wrong in what he said. A person trained as a doctor or an engineer if opts civil services or some other irrelevant job , then his or her skill as an engineer of doctor has been wasted as far the society is concerned ( and thereby the amount of money spent by the government in training these baffons). This is considered brain drain within the academic circle. He seems to have failed in articulating this fact.

Mr. Modi has lowered the dignity of the post of PM by openly criticising the doctors of India in the UK. Earlier also he has ctiticised the opposition with bad taste in couple of times in foreign countries which shows his lower mentality. Other junior leaders are encouraged to make senseless comments as their supreme leader.
