you dont have to say anything about four so called senior judges who stage revolt against CJI knowing very well the power vested to him by the constitution regarding allotment of cases to the bench ?

I am not worried about the power vested on him. But worried, because of his actions. He has quashed all norms & ethics vested on him by his power to benefit the present govt. For example: We all know as per law killing someone is crime. But when you kill somebody to protect an infant from rape. what will happen then. The perception of law & implementation of law should not clash but should go by hand in hand. CJI has roasted all cases concerned to Govt & constitution to himself only.

More importantly there are procedure to apply for review petition. Your statement is nothing to do with facts. It is politically motivated. Will you consider me wrong if I say that 4 judges are politically motivated.

Masood, have some basic knowledge about law and read about absolute power of CJi as Chief of indian judiciary. Do this four who called them senior judges not aware of his absolute power to allocate cases to the bench ? This four judges wanted to pressurise CJI and limit his power which is given by the constitution ? Their dirty politics was rightly and effectively handled by CJI.

so you say the four judges were correct? think before you write. cases have been assigned based on past judgement records. e.g if some judge is good in giving judgement in particular field then , he would be assigned more with respect to those cases and number of cases that have been overturned by sc when these judges were in high court etc

CJI himself under scrutiny for misconduct earlier. All four judges have better track record than him. He has submitted the entire judicial system in-front of present regime. And i am sure he & present Govt will not allow justice Gogoi to be the next CJI as he is not the yesman like present CJI.

Masood , do you think that the leader of this gang of four Judges Justice chelameshwar is saint ? why he allow mischievous Raja of communist party to meet him prior to his press conference ? How they had press conference during official hours of Supreme court without prior intimation or information to CJI ?

If you think nothing wrong in the action of Advocate Indira jaysinh, I dont find anything wrong in the decision of government as they are empower to take whatever decision they want to take.
