Yes. Priority is given at the top for bullet encounters. Because these b_a_s_t_a_r_d_s are b_a_r_k_i_n_g for food & shelter. They will receive bullets in fake encounter very shortly. Only option left for them to survive is to take up t_0_i_l_e_t & d_r_a_i_n_a_g_e c_l_e_a_n_i_n_g which is correct and right job for these r_0_u_g_e_s. But these p_i_g_s & s_t_r_a_y d_0_g_s want to become Prime Minister or Chief Minister in their state. TELL ME DO THEY DESERVE FOR HIGHER POST OR T_0_I_L_E_T & D_R_A_I_N_A_G_E C_L_E_A_N_I_N_G.

Yes dear. tell me, is there any better jobs for these fellows apart from this to give them?
There is no details i.e. how congress is going to create the job? the job profile, form whom?. Congress is ruling party in Karnataka how much job created since they are in Government.
RAGA must tell when and how it will create jobs with clear dates and job profiles and also tell the jobs for whom SC,ST,OBC,Mslims or if left for some general caste....

It appears he included people of neighbouring states in the figure of 1.00 crore as otherwise not even 50% of it are jobless. Up course, if Govt. jobs are created for one crore, people will definitely switch over from IT jobs, as Govt. jobs offer no work - full pay.
