China has been liberally using its financial might to aggressively tackle poverty among its citizens.
And along with poverty alleviation (family hostels, massive job training programs, greatly enhanced food distribution programs, etc.), the Chinese have been building top quality infrastructure with a vengeance in Tibet.
It would not be a wonder at all if the people of Tibet (and not the exiles living in other countries) responds to a referendum for independence with a firm No !
All those who want to go to Tibet should apply to Chinese Embassy for migration, why are they not doing so? Being born in India they are Indian citizens with Indian Aadhar cards and Indian voter cards. They are enjoying all the facilities givrn by India and still they want to go to Tibet ... most welcome ... apply for migration straightaway ...

US is receding from all the world leadership like NATO, Paris Pact, Globalisation, WTO, etc; and communist China is coming to that place. China is now the largest economy in the world – China’s contribution to the world GDP is 30%, America’s contribution to the World GDP is 14% and India’s contribution to the world GDP is 4%.
If Modi/BJP govt is not ready to distribute the money equally to all the states - the South Indians may ask for United Dravidians States comprising Andhra Pradesh, Telungana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Pondicherry.
