Supreme Court is A Sold of Entity
by Bigtribe on Apr 27, 2018 03:44 PM

...I don't believe in the integrity of the judges nor the court as this has become a money making profession.
Very very sad. Like me people of India are loosing faith in SC.

is PM under obligation of Judiciary ?
by aam admi on Apr 27, 2018 12:06 PM

To give consent to Collegium and sign the letters of appointments. Can you force to sign some one even he disagrees with the letter.
Is it not asking someone to sign on in blank space.
This is a mockery. and those who are making hue and cry must see the reason. Shear loyalty to Congress can not be the exclusive criteria.

Bravo to Modi Govt. to take such stern view, All judges who have congress patronage in the past must be wiped out.
There is no justice in India, it is only perception of law, majority of judges in the past in HC and SC are congress sponsored.

If not, it must be above the law, if not then why ordinances are brought. In case of appointment, recommendation does not mean appointment, then no need to recommendation.

Recommending and appointing?
by V Nagarajan on Apr 27, 2018 09:06 AM

Recommending and appointing are two different things.
The appointing authority reserves the right to accept or reject the recommendation. In fact the recommendation must start from the district level and state level and not SC level. When will the Collegium think of this?
