I sincerely feel, it is respecting India by calling him Vice president instead of Naidu as the decision is taken by Vice president and not Naidu, as individual. I did not feel like going through the article but felt like expressing my concern on teh title.

The law is very clear about the power of Chairman of rajya sabha and the power vested to him by the the constitution. No court has even jurisdiction to question or challenge his decision. Even a person with minimum knowledge of law can understand this. The Ex PM Manmohan Singh, P Chidambaram, Khurshid had rightly refused to sign the memorandum for impeachment of CJI while the other people lead by his master's voice Kapil Sibal signed the same which was rejected by Vice president Nayadu. Still this people want to challenge the decision of Mr Naydu before the Apex court. Let them try again only to fail one more time.

The congress politicians have reached to such an mentality, they can even cross the Judiciary on poli like Smt.Indira Gandhi who put the Emergency over 120 crores of people by exercising political powers. Like this , Gulam Nabi azad and his followerhe are trying to blame the the govt. by any means. The decision taken by the Hon'ble Naidu is very remarkable Judgement against corruptive minded politicions
