If he is scared of losing in a constituency, why should he contest from there in the first place? If he is confident of winning from Badami, he should contest from Badami only. In case he wins both seats he will have to resign one and get elections held again with public money. This is sheer waste of public money and EC should not allow such things. Better the RPA is amended.
