He should complain to his mother , that he is not allowed to speak.If Mom doesnt listen, then let him tell his sis or bro in law. Maybe they maybe able to help. Look at his audicity , to say that he needs to speak for 15 minutes & PM will run away. He is really jjjooookinnn....
Who ever is stopping him from speaking , please allow him to speak . People are stressed up in their lives and they need some laughter therapy . Our good Opposition leader provides us that and is helping us to be healthy

Who has stopped him to speak. He runs abroad when ever some critical period comes for opposition. Oppostion and his CATORI wants him to get himself kiiled with his own speeches so blame should not come on them. He never fails till Sujewala, Kapil sibbal etc are there.
