This 'paper tiger' should be tamed . When they become eaters man or nation, then we know what happens to them in a civilized country. PB should remember he is misusing the freedom given to him by creating divisions in society by asking for referendum in Kashmir and now the judiciary. He shoudl remain in his bounds otherwise the day is not far when he may find the tiger on which he is trying to ride will devour him. The people of India are sick of antinationals as is evident in the BJP winning one state after anotehr.

You can call him a senior lawyer, but not sure if Prashant Bhushan is a Senior Advocate, which is designation conferred by the Senior Judiciary to outstanding lawyers of the country.

This so called tiger was badly assaulted in his den in Apex court and this tiger had tolerated assault on him and did not do anything in his defence, or to hit back or to file a criminal complaint against any person.

Shri Prashant Bhushan Ji is courageous and one of the good Advocates. He jas now become a victim of political malaise of India
It is high time that he stops taking cases of political nature and and cases challenging the judiciary.
He has to work for raising honest and transparent judicial system not by working in courts but by working in the judicial community outside the courts.
He should effectively work for eradicating corruption in Munsifs courts, lower courts at district levels and improve the norms for arriving at decisions through a fixed number of upper limits of adjournments ( say not more than five and maximum days of gaps ( not more than say 21 days) in each rehearing ) of cases with fixing up new dates.
The Bar councils of each state should ensure a minimum income or a kind of salary to any member of the bar at any court so that lawyers not unnecessarily extort money from their clients for meeting the two ends of their lives. Some better satisfying methods should be developed to deal with clerks and script writers in the court.
Men of Shri Prashant Bushan Ji should ensure that people of India within the next three to five years begin to see that justice is not seen to be bought in courts but found to be delivered in its right spirit and in accordance with best principles of jurisprudence.
