Nonsense

Thousands of lawyers work tirelessly to bring justice to the masses. Publicity Interest Litigation or Political Interest Litigation does not make good lawyers. If someone tries to create chaos in the society by abusing the process of law then he cannot be termed as Tiger but a Fool. Sincere lawyers do not make use of PIL concept for their personal benefits. Public knows for which he stood upto. Its a humble request to Rediff, kindly raise your standards. Have some better choice.

absolutely non-sense. Rediff has really lowered its standards. Such kind of cheap publicity seeking articles shall not be published. Seems like this opinion has been pushed with an intent to mention anti govt opinion nothing else.

Advicate with devils motive
by sk singhal on Apr 23, 2018 12:53 PM

Surprising someone is presented ng him as tiger of court. In factbhe is jayachand of oresentbtimes, whsoe only interest is to work against the national, interest. What prompted him to defend a man like kasab who attacked indian sovereignty. What is the motive behind his PIL to,protect antihuman people like rohiniyas and stone pelters and other in kashmir.
He seems to be traitor and only aim is to malign the image of givernment, courts and all, other institutions.

Why are you praising a traitor or accomplice of congress who does not fear breaking India into pieces.

You yourself will destroy your home this time...

There are people who have already broken Kashmir away from us atleast in their emotions. It was and is the Congress who alone kept India together and united, and not any other party or person. People will certainly throw them out now and bring in secular govt.

The judicial system in India today is moving from bad to worse and corruption is spreading into the judiciary, allowing the judicial system to become a tool in the hands of powerful politicians .
This is a conspiracy theory not to go for Motion . Debate should have been in Parliament on this motion. Today it has been proved that justice system is not neutral ,Corrupted .Country needs more advocates like Prashant Bhushan !Prasant Bhusan in not a Tiger he is an Advanced species Tiger called Leopard !

The motion itself was a conspiracy theory and was without merit. It was a political ploy by shameless parties
