Well done Naidu. You have a bright future even in your old age. You have killed Democracy. The 64 MPs and 7 Ex MPs signed the petition for removal are all
according to you ignorant of the rules. What a shame we have not honoured him with Bharat Ratna.

Bhaskar, better read article 122 before writing nonsense. Whatever he has done according to rule and the power vested to him by the constitution. His decision can not be challenged in any court of law.

There should be something like impeachment for removing Congress Party from the Bharat Mata. A cancer in form of Congress must be removed from the country.

ON EXPECTED LINES BUT IS A RAP IN THE KNUCKLE FOR SC......
by damodaran mohan on Apr 23, 2018 06:25 PM

On expected lines...it will be interesting to see how SC handles when moved to it to confront directly...perhaps similar outright rejection! While the Impeachment motion by itself has not been recd. well by the intelligentsia or appreciated in general but there is near unanimity on perception in the country about the slide in image or credibility of judiciary which appears to have touched the nadir of all times since the Emergency days for two contradicting reasons. While govt.-judiciary working relations look rocky on desired transparent system of judges appointments with little or zero efforts by Modi govt. on the issue however when it comes to the SC judgements especially govt. related there appears to be perfect jugalbandhi between G&J rarely seen before except during emergency days...to that extent and on the image aspect the IM perhaps was little more than the rap in the knuckle for the SC to set its house in order as the IM by itself is very much within laws n constitutional rights of legislature to seek J-accountability

What can you expect from people who are shamelessly misusing power like CJI. This is downright murder of democracy. It is now upto Janata to impeach this dictatorial and Hitlerlike Govt.
