I Could not Understand the ordinance ! The Law is make to well Social system ! This is an Epidemic Disease and Punishment for all should equal i.e Hanged till death in case 16 even for 60 years. Why not implementing ZRP(Zero RaPe Policy). The ordinance stipulates stringent punishment for perpetrators of rape, particularly of girls below 16 and 12 years. Death sentence has been provided for rapists of girls under 12 years. How an Union minister Says "Rape incidents happen, can't be prevented sometimes" It is extra Burden of Government !

Rape can be prevented...Give rights to police to arrest all such people who are planning rape, under PORA (Prevention of Rape Activities). Any one complaining about police state, should be charged with obstruction of justice and policing. Police already have rights to arrest people who are Planning Robbery. I am sure all turncoats will oppose my suggestion; like they opposed POTA (Prevention of Terrorist Activities).

You want to say Autonomy to Police correct but Police officers also corrupted !They take Bribe to rotate the case in 360 degree. They do many good jobs but they also do bad jobs as they are also human. Corruption & bribe are still present ! We should keep police station in CCTV surveillance ever writing FIR also ! Moreover need Capital Punishment for both Rapist and those shielding them can positively better results and can PORA (Prevention of Rape Activities) then successful .
These things happen in a society which lacks in morals and ethics, a society which is famous for it's hypocrisy and bogus claims, a society which is inherently greedy and selfish.
the thing the government or any one can do is, through law enforcement, minimize the occurrence of these incidents. the society by and large responsible for any malady. why blame the union minister or government.
when citizens are frauud, they elect frauud people.

Rightly said, man. Indians are honestly hypocrites. On one hand we have Bollywood stars who couldn't give a rat's bottom for anything that happens in their own backyard in Mumbai, yet holds candlelight vigils and posts so-called Tweets holding placards. All for what??

True.. Bwood creeps think that holding Placards and posting pictures on social media is gonna change the state of affairs in this country. They're all hand in glove with the corrupt Netas, be it any of the Khans or Dutts or Kapoors or anybody else. It's really stupefying to say the least, how these people are totally oblivious, ignorant and unperturbed to whatever's happening around them, in the society, let alone in the country. Mumbai has one of the largest slums in the world (Dharavi), & one wonders what any of these people do to uplift the downtrodden of one of the poorest nations in the world.
