In the case of rape of the girl below 12 years whether it is a gang rape or individual rape accused, If found guilty should be death sentence without a second thought. I recommend castration of the accused in case of rapes to all other accused. This would be loss of honour in the society for the guilty. In case of acid attack the accused should be tried in the fast track court and if found guilty the accused should be burnt with the acid the way the victim is attacked by him/her. The accused should know the pain and suffering of the victim. The Indian men who do all such kind of acts in the society should not be shown any mercy or fear. There should not be appeal once the verdict is pronounced by the fast track courts.

The liberals are stunned with this decision of modi govt. Nither can they oppose nor they want it. Lot of christian missionary priest and mulla preachers in madarssa will be ready to be hanged.
Education shouldn't be privatized in India to check menace. Blunders of All the govts- Congress, BJP, Congress, BJP etc to privatize education. Pvt colleges have no commitment of education and Govt also has given up its role of educating society. Court and Police and Criminals cannot fundamentals and basics of society and culture.
Why only for doing it on children? It is absurd that it says if done to children. Do the children above 12 do not feel the pain? Do not the teenagers and women not feel the pain and stigma of this act? ABSURD ordinance. I think it should be that any act to anyone should be the capital punishment.

Absolutely right! Why should be rape of children below 12 alone be considered so serious? In fact, ALL rapists should get the 'death penalty'. What rubbish they are talking about 'beginning'. If you want act, do it for all. Of course children need protection and justice; but so do girls and women of all ages against the most criminal act of rape.
Rapes were always there but victims used to be adults. With the Hate Speeches growing by over 500% in last 4 years, with BJP accounting to 90%, no wonder Children have become victims, as culprits escape with Govt., support.
