Fit case to file a defamation suit?
by Sanjana Patnaik on Apr 19, 2018 09:48 PM  | Hide replies

It is a fit case to file a defamation case against the Caravan Magazine who has not the made due diligence and at the same time disciplinary action against the four judges who wanted to scandilise the judiciary being within the judiciary. Surely these four judges are interested in politicization of the issue.

Court should have barred these advocates who tried to tarnish image of the highest judiciary from practice for at least a year.

The Press Guild is busy inviting Kashmiri militants for a healthy debate on Pakistan's stand on Kashmir. It has no time for Caravan Magazine. Pls do not disturb the paid media, let it continue with its noble job.

If SC Judges try to play political game, they will get fitting reply from Apex Court. Fortunately for this country, three of the judges who took part in revolt against ChiefJustice will be retired at the end of this year and their leader JusticeChelameshwar will be retired in June, 2018.

Lotera ?

Thief ?

True. Congress party is a thief !

There is no other way it can have lakhs of party cadre and members who do not contribute anything to the party fund and it still can run expensive election campaigns !

But.....the komaaaaali party (BJP) ??

What about the fact that the komaaaaaali party has several lakhs of party cadre and RSS cadre who do not contribute anything to the party and yet are always ready at its call to mass together, vandalise, attack, kill...?

Only fools will imagine that they will keep doing all this for free ?

And how does the komaaaaali party manage to hugely outspend every other party including the Congress in election after election, even in municipal elections ?

No lootera ?

No ?

You are a dumbo, arent you ?

Abe ever stinking kaliya komaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaali Buffoon, who will pay any donation to the party which is being rejected by the people all over the country for 70 years ? What is their progress in70 years ? They have only 16 seats in both House of Parliament out of total 786 seats. Kaliye, Have you any time written about their vote share on all India level ? Instead of writing nonsense all the time out of depression and jealousy, better ask your party to perform by changing their attitude and behaviour.

PrashantBhushan has lost his credibility now and has now started playing mischiefsat behest of some parties with vested interest. What was the need of mentioning matter about power of CJIi of allocation of cases before the bench of Justice Chelameshwar when CJI asked him to look into his petition in due course. What was the urgency that he took a chance to state this matterbegore Justice Chelameshwar ? As a senior counselhe do not know three member bench headed by CJI, Justice Chandrachud and JusticeKhanvilkar has already given their verdict on power of CJI inApril, 2018 ? Kejriwalhas rightly thrown him out of AAP.

We appreciate the verdict of the Supreme court. Our political leaders are wasting the precious time of the court. They should not make use of the courts for political gain. There are many important matters for the courts to consider.

Loya case judgement
by krishnamurthy kumar on Apr 19, 2018 07:35 PM  | Hide replies

Wonderful judgement and observations. If legal professionals play to the gallaries and indulge in unwanted, motivated, frivilous and unsubstantiated charges just to please some vested interest, it is high time that courts should refuse to entertain PILs. It is a slap on the face of all those vested interest who racked up this unnecessary contraversy to gain political mileage.

If the judgement is not to your liking you will go to any extent. Its a know fact. Nor surprising at all.
You were trying to sling some mud, but ironically you go drenched in it.
The same happened with Shah vs the Wire.
The libtards cannot get away with their charade anymore. Times have changed. people have woken up and are able to see through the leftist designs to break India.

When the Judges rule in your favor(Ideology you follow or hate) you n your lot hail the Judgement n the judiciary, but similarly when it (Judgement) goes against the likes of you raise a stink, crying foul, spouting conspiracy theories , leveling baseless allegations.

BTW my free advice to you is to get a life n don't get too involved or take all these seriously unless offcourse you are on payrolls of somebody (Atleast then it would all be worthwhile)

I completely endorse. there must be a deterrent against frivolous PILs. Lawyers filing PIls (frivolous) cases should be banned from practicing for a minimum period of one year. they are by taking courts time are coming in the way citizens right to speedy justice.
