There is no need to wait !

After all, it is not for nothing that Dipak Misra - the man who has a record of grabbing farmland meant for landless farmers with a false declaration while he was practicing as a lawyer in the Orissa high court - labored so hard to keep each of the other 4 judges of the collegium away from the benches to decide on such sensitive cases !

Oye ever stinking dirty kalumal, jobless, useless commie komaaaaaaaaaaali Buffoon,If you have guts, write a letter addressed to Chief justice Dipak Mishra giving details of your allegations against him substantiated by concrete evidence to prove your point. If you have only bald, vague and wild allegations against him, better keep quiet and sit in one corner with your tail between your legs. CJI Mishra is going to complete his term as CJI and the your favourite Justice Chelameshwar is going to retire only as Judge of Supreme court in June, 20018.

Oye Kalumal komaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaali you dont know anything about the power of Chief justice of Supreme court for allocation of cases to the benches. Just refer three member bench judgement delivered in April by the bench headed by CJI and Justice Dr Chandrachud, Justice Khanvilkar before writing nonsense all the time without adequate knowledge of law.

This commies are being rejected by the people all over the country for last 70 years. This people has only 16 seats in the both house of parliament out of total 786 seats. Knowing very well that they can not come to power for ever at the center, they are trying to influence the judiciary, and educational institutions. The people like Prashant bhushan are putting futile efforts to challenge the power of CJI of allocation of cases inspite of a clear judgement delivered by three member bench in April, 2018. His mention of his matter before justice Chelameshwar clearly show his motive behind his move. Let this people play mischiefs all the time but the chances of their success is very low.
