Playing things out in the interests of pakistan
by R ponnabalam on Apr 18, 2018 12:02 PM

"Please don't say Indian State, it is not against the Indian State, it is against the wrong actions of the State".Pelleting the army-personal engaged and employed in the defence of the Nation and questioning the extent or number of personal employed in National defence is abominably atrocious acts, played out in the interests of Enemy Nation on the pedal of religion-umma.If the cat closes the eyes and thinks that the world is dark the whole world won't believe so.You all shout from roof top that some western Countries are interfering and playing their interests in Syria. You want us to believe that Kashmir doesn't get the interference of Pakistan or and the colonial powers in 50s.R.Ponnambalam

When a public servant fails!
by Ahi Sen on Apr 18, 2018 11:23 AM

Normally administration try to cover up the wrong deeds of public servants as they consider it failure of the Government. However, the failure of any individual or group of individuals should not be seen as failure of the government by the person/persons leading the government. The government should take action as per law to deal with accused person(s) as soon as such incidents come to its notice. The government's responsibility to protect the citizen must get priority over saving a wrong doer. J&K government has failed to act in time for wrong reason and for such delay it should admit its failure and express regret. Since the issue involves public servants, the matter has to be left to impartial authorities for proper inquiry and trial. Earning public confidence by the inquiry authority is a must.

People from other States of India feel that Kashmir is being treated with velvet gloves. Subsidies and special rights and still what is happening is only hartals and protests if not stone pelting. The few who are engaged in unlawful activities should not be protected.
Nobody will support a rape. But it continues unabated. We all remember the mindless rape and torture of Nirbhaya. But to give a political/religious colour to it is more despicable than the crime itself. If a man from a particular community were to do it, he would leave only mis-leading clues and not discredit his own community. Obviously there is something fishy.

Yes all may not be . But the problem is many are. A lot of them are. Unfortunately those who are not are hardly visible. Those who are are seen all over the place. So how can a non kashmiri really believe that a kashmiri is not a terrorist, astone peleter, antiIndian, pro pakistani etc. Nobody can buy land in Kashmir, Only Kashmiri will get a jod etc, but Kashmiri can buy land anywhere, he can work anywhere? What knid of rule is this? Why Kashmir is given special status. Enough is enough.
