There is misuse of the act.. suppose we have fight on the road on some issue without knowing each other’s caste even than police will apply Atrocity Act if the other person turns out Dalit... It is the decision of Supreme Court...if it is challenged or changed by Parliament...than there is no need to have judiciary...
