This case seems to have been designed by ISI, Kashmiri separatists, foreign forces, corrupt politicians and corrupt media to malign Hindu Community. Kashmiri SIT is not impartial. CBI inquiry is badly needed for impartial investigation. I am sure that Rediff will not publish this message because Petriotic citizen do not suit them.

Very True brother. Why not wait till the court verdict which in both Aseemanand and 2 G case have proved that no punishment will be awarded to the innocents without any evidence.

Yes indeed, the girl was simply 8 yrs old and did not know any religion. The girl must get justice & further the kind of crime has taken place, should never be repeated anywhere. In fact the only punishment is that which eliminates this crime. The only punishment is to cut his/their genital publicly & leave them to live their horrifying life.
K Kathua rape case seems to have been designed by Anti Hindu Elements with the help of foreign funds and corrupt media to malign Hindu community. Investigation of SIT J&K not impartial. Innocent hindus are framed . The case should be transferred immediately to CBI for free and fair investigation so that the conspiracy could be unearthed. It appears ISI,Patharbaaj and separatists are behind it.

name the agency ? CBI under BJP, NIA judge resigned after delivering forced verdict in favour of Hindu right wings, CJI guards the BJP govt from any evetuality. Who is there to take responsibility. There has been systamatic manipulation in all corners by the present Gopvt.

If all the agencies are under government and are simply puppet, then similar had been situation in past under other governments? Then, all the decisions by the courts in the past should be put under scanner? And what about 2 G case? Why BJP government did not use its pressure in this case? Don't be silly. Kathua Case seems to have been designed for VOTE BANK politics. Party that ruled India for decades only believe in DIVIDE and RULE policy. They know they cannot fight fair elections with MODI so they spread hatered among communities. Sometime they raise DALI ISSUe, sometime they raise muslim issue, sometime they raise SC/ST issue etc. etc.
