Adhaar mandatory will create serious problem as our country is not having all technical apparatus built indigenously and neither the ability to check if the product deployed are free from spying trouble. Till we get maturity in such technology this can be treated as an alternate to PAN, PASSPORT. Ration card can be dropped in favour of this identity as the same is being used for special advantage.
