I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT OTHER BUREAUCRATS BUT ABOVE LADY WAS CP IN PUNE. THAT TIME ONE GIRL OF A FARMER FROM RURAL AREA HAD COME TO PUNE FOR EDUCATION AND JOB SEARCH. SHE WAS BEING CHASED BY AN ELDERLY PERSON. WHEN SHE WENT TO COMPLAIN TO POLICE THE CONCERNED INSPECTOR USED FOUL AND ABUSIVE LANGUAGE BRINGING SHAME TO THAT GIRL. THIS CASE WAS NEITHER PROPERLY INVESTIGATED NOR SHE GAVE ANY IMPORTANCE TO IT.

Civil servants forgotten their duties
by pradeep kumar nair on Apr 16, 2018 06:54 PM

Civil servants should know how the incidents happen and what are the remedies. These people should not take to streets like the politicians do. All of them during their term of duties have come across such incidents. They should come up with solutions in terms of punishment for the criminals and solutions for non recurrence of such incidents. Shameful on their part.

Namo should call meeting of these bright 49 former bureaucrats ,thanks them for their valued suggestions on Kathua & Unnao and ask them their complete wisdom on ;
1.How to make India corruption free in bureaucracy?
2.How to make India corruption free in Judiciary?
3.How to make India corruption free in politics?
4.And any other suggestions for betterment of India?
5.Is there a possibility of reducing their pensions if their earning from other sources is adequate.

All the above bureaucrats were not able to do anything during their times . Rapes were always there in the country .. Corruption was there under all the above bureaucrats ..If all the old bureaucrats were good , then India would have become a developed state long time back itself . They say ,kathua Criminals did the Crime as they thought communal help will make them escape . They actually did the crime as they though they can escape , not because Central govt will help them escape ..As per them what about the Assam Rape case where the other Religion did it ..Did they also do as they though communal help will come . These sudo intellectuals have actually lost their mind .

These bureaucrats are congress paid retired lootera officers. Obviously they will suggest, after discussing with Rahul Gandhi. They don't have any jobs right now, if they will represent on behalf of Congress they may share some future loots of Congress.
