Swami Aseemanand is an accused in three terror cases. He confessed to his involvement in the Samjhauta case in an 82 page statement to the news magazine Caravan. Due to the deliberate weakness in the case filing, he is acquitted and we will never know the extent of full conspiracy or the participants. There is a pattern in the prosecution and trial in all these cases.

ok dont worry too much..we all know how prosecution gets false confessions from accused. Everyday a mosque is bombed all over muslim countries even where they have eliminated others and achieve 100% muslim population. All this is not done by Aseemananda.
