Considering the gravest nature of the crime , i wish the following action taken on fast track.
The government servants involved must be teriminated from services even before start of the enquiry.
The MLS=s /ministers heve to be removed from their positions by the party BJP.
The police department personal who delayed taking up case / or attempted to destroy evidence must be also terminated as they are a blot on the society as a whole.
Being a clear case the enquiry must be completed within 3/6 months time.
It is not the caste, religion that matters but the human nature and humanity and the victim's age that matters. there may be animosity among various sections of society but crime against a child of 8 years is just unpardonable.
BJP must be careful as its track record of its representatives in many states is far from satisfactory, and the party will have to answer ultimately.

Instead of sharing the face of Asifa and demanding justice for her, share the photos of the accused as much as you can so that no culprit can escape in the name of any political, religious or ethnic identity.
You may also add the photographs other culprits.
No need to share, just cut and paste along with photographs mentioning the authentic sources
The accused are:
