Why do people approach cm or other politicians in power. They have no authority or ability to determine and decide disputes. Courts are meant for this purpose.

Yogi only threw him out. Any one in his position would have thrown him in prison for creating nuisance wilfully and obstructing head of the state from discharging his duty.
