Prashant Bhushan is mischievous man and has now lost all his credibility. Why he want his matter to be decided by five member bench consist of senior most judges which include for judges who staged protest against CJI questioning his rights of allocation of cases. What is the use of his petion when the questions raised by him are answered in the verdict dated 11thApril, 2018 by the three member bench headed by CJI, Justice Chandrachud and Justice Khanvilkar ? Do Prashant Bhushan expect two member bench to overrule the decision of larger bench ? Let PrashantBhushan try his best at behest of some people with vested interest and see that he fail miserably in his mission.

As a common man I have a question with so much hue and cry made by judges over allotment of cases, is it to presume that fact would be that judgement will also depend on the judge who handle the case and not on the merit and arguments made by both sides? Poor man still believe that judiciary is last resort.
even they want to impeach the CJI, but poor Congress and its agents are not in a position to do so even after having those 4 judges support as there are 26 judges are with CJI. Prashant Bhushan is the one who was slapped by one Proud Indian in Delhi, when he was advocating in his speech to hand over Kashmir to Pakistan. His statement was condemned by all . He is the man who was so active to defend anti national criminal that he insisted to open court proceeding during midnight along with some Congress stooges.
